12 week shots

Yesterday was a sad day for the twins.... SHOTS! Do I need to say more? 4 each, it was heartbreaking but they both survived! They both recieved a clean bill of health. Mitchell finally broke into double digits weighing 10 lbs 6 oz and Delaney weighs 10 lbs 12 oz. Delaney is in the 10%tile for her weight and height, which means out of 100 babies there are 9 babies smaller than her, Mitchell being one of them. Mitchell is in the 3rd %tile. All in all, a great appointment. We go go back in May for 4 more shots! I am not looking forward to that!!!!!

Since it is the end of the month I thought that I would put up my favorite picture of each of the them. So here are my favorites for March (there are so many favs but I picked these 2)....

Naps & Smiles

Today was filled with naps & smiles.
We were very tired today so we decided to take a very long nap in our own cribs today after a nice long walk with Mommy at the beach. She was very proud of us because this was the first time we have taken a nap in our own cribs! You can see that we were two tuckered out babes.













Then we showed Mommy our great smiles because we were so well rested.


Mommy wants us to try this again tomorrow, but we haven't decided if we will or not yet. We will let you know!

Weigh-In Day

Today was weigh-in day and the results are.... (at 11 weeks 1 day)

Mitchell T is 9 lbs. 14 oz (Way to go MTJ!)

And Miss Laney Loo is 10lbs. 5 oz

Delaney is letting her brother play catch-up!

Also yesterday was a red letter day for Miss Delaney because she flipped from her tummy to her back. Now keep in mind that she did this during a tantrum for being on her tummy in first place but regardless it was still a flip! Way to go girlfriend!!!! Now Mitchell just needs to stay awake when we put him on his tummy!

Our 1st St Patrick's Day

For our 1st St Patrick's Day we went to Great-Gramp's house for corned beef and cabbage. We don't remember much of our exciting evening because we slept the whole time. Well, there is always next year.

Mommy had to dress us up and take pictures..... we can't get away from her and that camera.

Happy St Patrick's Day!!!!!!!

Visiting Nurse

The visiting nurse came today to check in with the babes and weigh them. The results are in.
At 10 weeks Mitchell weighs 9 lbs 4 oz.


And Miss Delaney weighs a whopping 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! She hit double digits!

Mitchell is still almost an inch longer than his sister! Stayed tuned for continued coverage of this exciting race!!!!
