A Train to the City

The twins took their first ride on a Choo-Choo
to NYC with Nana& Poppa.

They LOVED the ride there! They were amazed and fascinated
with all the sights and other trains passing by.
They were great first time passengers!
Mitchell kept saying, "CITY!"
Yup Buddy, this is The City!

They were SO good in their strollers just looking around
and soaking up new sights of this new City.

We decided that to see Central Park we needed to do it in style.
Horse drawn carriage, of course!
We had to split up, we were too big of a party for one horsey.

Delaney went on with Nana & Poppa and loved her ride.
While Mitchell rode with Mommy & Daddy and called for DeeDee the WHOLE ride!
He was VERY concerned that she wasn't with us
and didn't want her to miss out on all the fun!

Family Pic... Look Mommy is in the picture!
Wow, that doesn't happen often!

Nest, to the best toy store there is...
F.A.O. SCHWARTZ

Does this look familiar?
It is the big piano in the movie BIG with Tom Hanks.
They were amazed that the keys they stepped on lite up,
they really didn't notice that it also made a sound because
it was really noisy in there, can you imagine that?
Where is Delaney in all those Raggedy Ann Dolls.
Nope, she didn't want Ann she wanted a tie-die lamb!
And Mitchell a distorted Spider-Man!
Only our children!

We had a great time in The City, so much that Delaney fell
asleep in the stroller.

Thank you Nana & Poppa for a great day!
We love you and can't wait to do it again!

Aunt Jill says WOW Those are great pictures. I love the one with the 4 of you after your ride in Central Park. That might make a great XMas card photo. What a fantastic trip with great memories.
